Every project undertaken by frankcasting new media is driven by the results desired by you, the client. First, we meet, for whatever time it takes, preferably at the shoot location to discuss these questions:

What is your content?
* Educational
* Business
* Political
* Activist
* Non-profit / charity

How are you communicating your content?
* Lecture with powerpoint or video
* Group participation workshop
* Highly active event (such as a parade)
* Panel discussion
* Town hall

What technology and method of distribution do you need?
* Live Streaming over UStream (or other streaming video services) for simulcasting conferences, lectures around the world
* DVDs for training or entertainment
* On-line training
* YouTube or Vimeo hosted short clips

When do you require the final product(s)?
When is/are the shoot(s)?
Where is/are the shoot(s)?

Once these items have been established, we proceed with our quote.
It is based on the following factors:

* cameras required - we have three Canon XH A1s HD cams at our disposal at all times
* lighting required - we have two soft RIFA lightboxes, and a pair of spotlights and can source whatever is required
* sound requirements - we use wireless or wired lavalier microphones for speakers, and can source alternative audio recording services
* time on site for the crew
* time editing the final products

All other shooting, reviewing, and editing schedules are negotiated at this time.

We require a 25% deposit upon agreeing on the work, another 25% after the shoot, and the balance of 50% once the final products are delivered.
